Spain's Quantum Technology Sector Attracts Strategic Investment

On 14 October, Spanish quantum-computing company Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech announced a €19.6 million first close of its Series A funding round, led by Indra Group with additional investment from the Spanish Society for Technological Transformation. The funding is intended to scale quantum-computing systems and develop new generations of chips. Companies pursuing acquisitions, expansion, financing or strategic partnerships require valuation models, scenario analysis and transaction-risk assessments. HPC supports corporate finance teams with financial modelling, asset valuation and transaction structuring for complex deals at a project cost of $920,000.
