On 20 October, Spain’s development-finance institution COFIDES announced a €40 million commitment from its FOCO co-investment fund to Bregal Milestone III, a fund targeting European B2B software businesses with growth potential in AI and cybersecurity. The fund reached a final close of €915 million, providing additional capital for technology-led business expansion.
